If you want to know how to gain weight fast, you must first learn what causes weight gain to occur in the first place.

I completely understand peoples' frustration by not being able to gain weight.

I get email after email from people who want to know how to gain weight fast and after speaking with them, I realize that they're just doing a couple things wrong.

Its usually not their fault they're doing the wrong things, they've just been misled and misinformed about what it truly takes to gain weight.

So, the thing I want you to realize is, there's something you can do about it!

The key for you is to uncover WHY you're having trouble gaining weight. You need to get to the underlying reasons.

Unlike what some people say, I don't buy the fact that you have to be a slave to your genetics.

Specifically how, what, and when you eat. Because gaining weight is calorie driven.

Much like weight loss depends on taking in less calories, it's just the formula is reversed for gaining weight.

If you consume too few for your body type and activity level, you lose weight.

So, to gain weight fast, you must reverse the process and create a calorie "surplus".

It doesn't matter if you're ectomorph or endomorph, gaining weight is about calories first, training and supplements after that.

Much like in order to get a suntan, you need sun as the variable. It doesn't matter if you're fair skinned, dark skinned, etc... Sunlight is needed for a tan. Cause and effect.

Well, the same is true for weight gain. Calories are the "cause" and weight gain the "effect".

Then comes weight training correctly to build some muscle mass. And maybe supplements to help add extra calories.

If you want to know how to gain weight fast, you must focus on:

1. The right amount of weight training
2. Proper nutrition for gaining weight
3. Cardio (to do or not to do)
4. Supplements (to take or not to take)

It's like following a "road map".
