But at the very peak of my frustration a few years ago, when I ran out of patience and money, I decided it was time to get smart. It was then that I learned an important point that was the key to changing my training, my body, and my LIFE forever.

60 Days That Changed My Physique Forever
Because I was completely fedup with my lack of results, I began studying the best all-natural bodybuilders, powerlifters, weightlifters, and athletes I could find. These were people that already had the muscle mass I wanted too.
And since I wanted nothing to do with steroids, I turned to those who I knew were 100% natural.
I learned the most successful ones were using a lot of the same strategies in their weight training, cardio, and nutrition. More importantly, I took some of those same techniques and began using them in my own training.
